This dated resident lounge was transformed from drab and uneventful into a sophisticated, classy, and modern, sunlit space. The warm, organic, natural elements such as the live edge fireplace mantle paired with various scenic compositions are sure to evoke an innate sense of biophilia for anyone who enters, not to mention the equally soft yet spirited textures of the furnishing. The final result of this creative transformation produced an enjoyable common area for all of the Owings Park residents.
