Additional Interior Paint Consultation (per room)
- Selection of wall, ceiling, and trim paint colors (for single room, as applicable)
- Benjamin Moore paint samples mailed directly to your home with a paint schedule
- Referral to a preferred contractor
Virtual Consultation (90 minutes)
- Virtual problem-solving strategy session to address specific client goals
In-Person Consultation (60 minutes)
- On-site problem-solving strategy session to address specific client goals. Available for clients within a 15-mile radius

the process
1.
Preliminary Review – we will review your Residential Virtual Design Inquiry.
2.
Project Activation Fee – the total design fee and scope of services is confirmed. The design fee for each space is billed electronically. Once paid, your project is considered active, and the Initial Virtual Call is scheduled.
3.
Initial Virtual Call – meet your Designer! We will discuss your project goals, requirements, restrictions, budget range, add-on services (if requested), our process, and answer questions. Plan on 45-60 minutes for this call.
4.
Concept Development – based on your inquiry and virtual call, a design concept is specifically tailored to your space(s).
5.
Schematic Design – your design concept is now developed, and the preliminary design is underway.
6.
Design Development – 2D floorplans, 3D renderings and a digital storyboard is developed and presented via email with specific furnishings that align with your project goals and pre-established budget.
7.
Midpoint Review – the design plan, based on your review and feedback of plans, furnishings, and budget, will be emailed. Comments are welcome and further clarification will be provided by your Designer, as needed, via email. (1) revision is available to adjust elements of the design. Revised deign plans are then emailed completing the design process.
8.
Procurement – you will be presented with a final shopping list with direct links to purchase furnishings. This list will align with your overall project budget for your space.
9.
Final Review – a 30-minute virtual call will be scheduled to review any revisions to the original design plan and to answer any questions.
10.
Final Closeout Survey – a client satisfaction survey will be emailed. Although this is voluntary, all client feedback is appreciated!
