SEASONAL BOUTIQUE SALES ASSOCIATE
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Boutique Sales Associate for our Fall/Winter store hours. This position involves contributing knowledge and experience-based practices, while working closely with customers and principals. The perfect candidate has a passion for small business development and is looking to gain extensive hands-on experience in a variety of related disciplines.
Greet customers as they arrive at the boutique, and inquire into their buying needs and desires.
Lead customers to their choices of products and provide them with information and suggestions on available items.
Lead customers through the payment procedure, ensuring that both credit card and cash payments are properly processed.
Provide information regarding exchanges and returns, and additional services such as seasonal events within the boutique and community-wide.
Properly and neatly pack customers’ purchases and wrap according to their wishes and instructions.
Make arrangements for shopping bags to be delivered to customers’ vehicles, in cases where a large quantity of sales has taken place.
Handle rack stocking duties, ensuring that color coding, styles, and brands are taken into account.
Oversee brands inventory, communicating low stock situations to the boutique principals.
Arrange all items on shelves and racks, according to the specifications provided by the boutique principals.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
One year of customer service experience is preferred.
Must have excellent customer service skills to achieve customer satisfaction through the entire shopping process.
Must be flexible and proactive in taking on assignments and responsibilities.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have high organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to work 10-20 hours/week in our office at:

This is a paid, hourly position.
Must work evenings and weekends.
