OUR INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Green Owl Design is a full-service interior design firm serving commercial and residential clients - including property managers, developers, and small business owners. We specialize in multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, and community-focused projects, with a process rooted in context and guided by client goals.
Residential design is a core part of our practice. We create homes that feel personal, purposeful, and designed to evolve—helping clients make confident decisions and work thoughtfully with existing conditions.
We believe good design should be accessible and grounded in what’s possible. Our spaces reflect real budgets, real lives, and local culture—delivered with care, intention, and follow-through.
Let's Get Started.
Whether you're seeking a single consultation, hourly guidance, or full-scope project support, we offer flexible ways to engage our team. Because every project is different, we tailor our approach to fit your goals, budget, and timeline.
#1 FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Pricing structure varies based on Scope of Work - Contract Required
Our Full Interior Design service is a collaborative, start-to-finish process tailored to your project’s scale, goals, and constraints—whether you're redesigning a single room, renovating your entire home, or completing a multifamily or hospitality build-out. This is our most comprehensive and commonly requested service. It offers turnkey support and is ideal for clients who want expert guidance through every stage of the design process.
We provide detailed support across these five key phases:
1. Programming / Concept Development
We begin by identifying program requirements and setting the creative and strategic direction for the project. This includes understanding how the space needs to function, clarifying your goals, and gathering visual inspiration through mood boards, conceptual sketches, and imagery that is aligned with your vision and the space’s context.
2. Schematic Design
We establish the overall flow and general layout of the space. This phase includes preliminary floor plans and test fits, high-level selections of finishes and fixtures, and initial sourcing ideas. We also begin evaluating rough costs to ensure alignment with the budget early in the process.
3. Design Development
With the direction confirmed, we refine the design and make more specific selections including lighting, furniture, finishes, and fixtures. Drawings are further developed, and we begin budgeting, value engineering, and vendor coordination to ensure feasibility and clarity.
4. Construction Documentation
We translate the design into precise technical documentation that guides construction and installation. This can include plans, elevations, schedules, and specifications needed for accurate pricing and execution. We coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other team members to ensure alignment.
5. Contract Administration / Project Oversight
We support your project through implementation, ensuring the final result reflects the approved vision. Our team answers contractor questions, reviews submittals, visits the site, and coordinates final installs, deliveries, and styling.
Every phase is rooted in thoughtful problem-solving, clear communication, and design that reflects both context and client priorities.
