Green Owl Design provides classic Interior Design services for commercial and residential clientele. We specialize in multifamily, model homes, hospitality, customer-facing small businesses, residential spaces, and community design initiatives. Our focus is on practices that ensure a keen understanding of our client’s needs, with an emphasis on communication. Strong consideration of the architecture of the space and, the workable, existing conditions, play a large role in the design and budgeting process. Green Owl is passionate about value-driven and thoughtful results, transforming spaces into functional, meaningful, more valuable, and beautiful places to experience life’s moments.

ON-SITE HOURLY CONSULTING
An experienced Designer will visit your space and provide insight, suggestions, recommendations, and answer any questions regarding your future or current design plans. This is a great option if you are not yet ready to engage in full design services and can benefit from professional guidance and expert advice. This service is also available for clients that prefer a virtual consult versus an in-home visit.
Cost: $385 per hour, billed in advance. *A total trip charge of $50 will be applied for on-site consultations.
If additional time is needed, based on Designer availability, there is an option to purchase additional time in 30-minute increments.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Follow-up emails or calls. Purchasing Services. Design documents such as digital storyboards, renderings or CAD plans. Customization or fabrication.
DESIGN SERVICES BY THE HOUR
We will conduct an initial Virtual Call to determine your design needs. An estimation of hours will be provided, according to your scope of work. Services can include, but are not limited to, Concept Development, product & material selections, Test Fits, bid estimations, CAD plans, digital storyboard presentations, and design guidance and advice.
Cost: $275 per hour
