Continuous slate pavers running from the exterior into the lobby and the building’s unique architectural details ignited inspiration. LED lighting, durable corridor carpet, and a custom Mafi wood plank wall (a nod to wood paneling designs of the 50s) were installed transforming the interior spaces. Adding a proper mail room resulted in a more functional space and freed up valuable square footage in the lobby where the old mailboxes stood. Angela Justice, via our commissioned and custom fabrication division, created the lobby artwork. After renovations were complete, property values increased, and a greater sense of community was created. Oh, the power of design!
